Registration in the Balearic register of estate agents has been applied for but has not yet been granted. The application is being handled under file reference GOIBE652195/2026; there is no registration number as yet. Once registration has been granted, it will be published here.

The exact name of the register and of the responsible Conselleria, with its address, is still to be added here.

Property details, photographs and documents belonging to third parties are published only with their consent. The film on the home page and several atmospheric images are impressions created using generative methods; they do not show an existing property, a real place or an offer. In the property overview, such images additionally carry the label “Impression · AI image”. The portrait is a genuine photograph.

Please address complaints in the first instance directly to info@marco-mallorca.com. I usually reply within one working day, and within one month at the latest. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer protection body responsible for the Balearic Islands. I am not currently signed up to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo.

The exact name of the responsible Balearic consumer body is still to be added. It also needs to be clarified whether hojas oficiales de reclamación must be kept available.
