Owners and buyers are right to ask. With me the answer is set down in writing before the first viewing: who I work for and who pays me.
I see the agent as an independent intermediary who advises both sides properly.

I have known the island since my childhood and have followed the property market here for fifteen years. In 2018, after twenty years of agency work, I founded a property company of my own in Germany. For some years now I have lived and worked in Mallorca.
Every document gets its date. Whatever is missing for the sale, I obtain. And I have also advised clients against buying.
